Novato Schools Closing For 2 Days Due To Upcoming Storm
NOVATO (KCBS) — All schools in the Novato School District will be closed on Thursday and Friday due to the upcoming storm, a school official said.
District spokeswoman Leslie Benjamin told KCBS that a few staff members will be at the schools on Thursday and Friday, but only to inform a parent dropping off their child that classes have been canceled.
"We've been working with the city of Novato and they recommended that we close schools to maintain safety of our students, families and staff," she said.
