9-Months Pregnant Woman Goes Missing From Sacramento Area

SACRAMENTO (CBS SF) -- A Sacramento woman who is about nine months pregnant has been missing for over a week.

20-year-old Aubrey Andrews was last seen December 6 near her home in Sacramento.  Andrews may have traveled to Southern California, where she is known to have family and friends, said police.

"If you're nine months pregnant, you're pretty far along and that's another human life we're talking about," Sacramento Police Department spokesman Ofc. Justin Brown said.

Andrews is described as a Filipino, standing 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighing 150-pounds.  Her hair is black with gold or blonde highlights, and brown/hazel eyes.

She was reportedly was distraught when she left home in her white 4-door Toyota Prius, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Her husband, Edward Andrews, told KTXL-TV her purse was found on their home's doorstep along with notes describing her need to leave.

"If she doesn't want to be here, she doesn't have to be," he told KTXL. "But at least let us know. Tell us you went somewhere, that you're safe."

Aubrey Andrews is expecting a boy and the couple also has a 3-year-old son, Edward Andrews said.
