What Rain? Skeptical Tweets Show Calm Before The Storm

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Heavy rain began moving into the North Bay Friday as the rest of the Bay Area awaited their turn for the storm to move over their neighborhoods.

Days of warnings of the impending soaker, coupled with changing assessments on when it would finally start coming down, had some Bay Area residents wondering on Twitter whether it was just all hype.

UPDATE: As of 11:30 a.m., rain was falling down as far south as San Jose and beginning to fall in Santa Cruz. It may not be the storm of the century, but so far it is the one and only Storm of 2015.
