Stephen Curry Becomes Face Of Under Armor With 'League's Most Unguardable Player' Ad

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Stephen Curry has arrived. If winning the All-Star Game fan voting wasn't evidence enough, now the surging apparel brand Under Armor is making him the face of their biggest advertising push ever, with a supporting role played by Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx.

Under Armour is on a roll, with the company's revenue surging from $281 million in 2005 to $3 billion last year. It has now passed Adidas to become the number two sportswear maker in the U.S. behind Nike. Now the company appears to be taking a page from the Michael Jordan era of Nike, making a prolific NBA scorer with national appeal the face of the company.

CEO Kevin Plank appeared on CBS This Morning to show off the advertisement at the center of the new campaign. It features the Golden State Warriors guard draining shots from all over the court. All the while, Foxx quotes William Shakespeare and labels Steph "The leagues most unguardable player."
