Magnitude 2.7 Earthquake Strikes North Of Morgan Hill
MORGAN HILL (CBS SF) - A small earthquake struck the South Bay during the morning commute Monday.
The magnitude 2.7 tremor was recorded hitting nine miles north of Morgan Hill and 15 miles south east of San Jose at 8:47 a.m.
The quake struck at a depth of 6.2 along the Calaveras Fault.
