SAN RAFAEL (CBS SF) -- A Bay Area rap artist has been arrested on human trafficking charges.

31-year-old Dwayne Brian Furgeson, who goes by the name of Luzion, was stopped early Saturday morning by San Rafael police for a vehicle violation.

Officers found an underage female in the car and began to investigate why she was with Furgeson. The victim gave information that led officers to believe she was being sexually exploited and trafficked.
