Manhunt For 2 Suspects In San Jose Shooting
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Police were looking for 2 suspects after a man was found shot to death early Monday morning. A neighborhood was on lockdown during the manhunt.
Police received reports of the shooting around midnight. It happened on Lavonne Avenue near Story and Kings Roads in East San Jose.
When officers arrived, they found a man lying next to his vehicle where he was declared dead.
Reportedly he was leaving a party and was shot walking to his car.
Police said the suspects fled toward a community center.
The victim was a man in his 30s. Investigators said he lives in the neighborhood.
This is San Jose's 20th homicide this year.
