Collision Reported Between Amtrak Train, Vehicle In Pittsburg
PITTSBURG (CBS SF) -- Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters are responding to a reported collision this evening in Pittsburg involving an Amtrak train and a vehicle.
Firefighters first reported the collision in the area of Loveridge Road on Twitter just after 9 p.m.
Firefighters have not located any victims in the vehicle and are checking the area, according to a department spokesman.
The train has stopped in the area and no injuries are reported on board, according to fire officials.
