CONCORD (CBS SF) -- Police are investigating an arson fire that occurred early Tuesday morning inside the parking lot of a Concord apartment complex.

Around 12:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Adelaide Street for a report of a suspicious circumstance, according to Concord police.
