4.5-Magnitude Earthquake Rattles Big Bear Lake In Southern California
BIG BEAR LAKE (CBS SF) -- The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 4.5-magnitude earthquake Wednesday morning in San Bernardino.
The tremor was recorded at 9:10 a.m. about 8 miles southeast of Big Bear Lake at an estimated depth of 6.9 miles, according to the USGS.
Yucaipa and Apple Valley residents reported feeling the quake.
San Bernardino County Supervisor Josie Gonzales reported the quake rattled for 20 seconds.
