Justin Bieber Drops New Album On SF-Based Lyft

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Justin Bieber has given new meaning to the term ride-sharing. He's dropping his new album Purpose on Lyft.

Fans will be able to buy the album on the Lyft app for just five bucks from November 12 through November 19. The official release is on November 13.

It will cost them $5 upfront, but once the ride is completed, fans can download the album and receive a $5 credit toward their next ride.

The deal got even sweeter for some passengers last week, when he showed up inside their Lyft rides. Girls went all giggly, and guys even had a hard time staying cool once they realized the guy in the front seat with the baseball hat was Justin Bieber in the flesh.
