Coppola's San Francisco North Beach Building Defaced With Graffiti

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A building owned by famed director Francis Ford Coppola that's popular with tourists in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood was defaced by taggers Saturday night.

The iconic Sentinel Building at the corner of Columbus and Kearny was turned into a canvas after taggers found their way to the top of the multi-story building to deface the dome.

A manager at the building declined to comment on the graffiti.
