Winning Lotto Tickets Bought Within Minutes Turn Modesto Man Into Millionaire
MODESTO (CBS SF) -- A Modesto man became a multimillionaire after buying two winning lottery tickets within a matter of minutes.
Rodney Meadows won $1,000 from a scratcher, and decided to buy three more tickets. One of those tickets ended up being worth $10 million.
"He went outside to scratch it, came in, and I was like, 'he won big,'" store manager Lakhvir Singh said.
Meadows says he hasn't decided what he will do with his winnings.
The Fast Mart where he purchased the tickets will get $50,000 from the lottery.
