PETALUMA (CBS SF) -- Petaluma police have released a photo of a man who is a person of interest in an investigation into child pornography and the abuse of a developmentally disabled adult.

Police arrested 42-year-old Tawnya Hopper of Petaluma on Nov. 17 in connection with the investigation after the FBI contacted them, Sgt. Ed Crosby said.

Police and the FBI searched Hopper's residence in the 300 block of Wilson Street on Nov. 17, and Hopper was arrested for acting in concert with another person to perform oral copulation on a developmentally disabled adult incapable of giving consent.
