Three People Injured During Berkeley Shooting
BERKELEY (CBS SF) -- Three people were injured during a shooting in Berkeley on Tuesday evening, police said.
The Berkeley Police Department said the shooting was reported around 7:35 p.m. in the 1100 block of Parker Street, near San Pablo Avenue, located in southwest Berkeley.
Officers said the victims were sitting in a car when they were shot.
Police said three people were transported to hospitals and that as of 8:15 p.m., police were continuing to investigate the shooting.

Officers are urging the public to avoid the area.
