Suspect Arrested In Death Of San Jose Woman Who Went Missing From Party
FREMONT (CBS SF) -- Police in Fremont arrested a 23-year-old man suspected in the murder of a San Jose woman who went missing from a party.
Hayward resident Esmid Valentine Pedraza was arrested Wednesday on a homicide warrant by detectives with the department.
Stacey Aguilar's family reported her missing on Feb. 16, and Hayward detectives found her body in a rural area off of Morrison Canyon Road in Fremont at about noon on Saturday, Urban said.
Pedraza will appear in court Friday.
