Man Threatens To Shoot San Francisco Police If There Are More Officer Shootings

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A caller threatened to start shooting San Francisco police officers Monday morning if any more officer-involved shootings occur in the city, police said Tuesday.

The threatening phone call was received at the Mission Police Station at 7:45 a.m. Monday.

Police said they believe the call came from a 29-year-old man known to them for making prior verbal threats. No arrest had been reported as of Tuesday morning.
