Police Shut Down Traffic, Search For Suspect In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD (CBS SF) -- Police were searching for a suspect in Fairfield Wednesday night.

Officers with the Fairfield Police Department are in the vicinity of Stephen and James streets, according to a statement issued via Twitter.

Police first announced they were in the area at 9:47 p.m. The roads have been closed to traffic and area residents are being advised to remain indoors, according to police.
