Help Livermore Police Capture A Brazen Package Thief
LIVERMORE (CBS SF) -- The Livermore Police Department released a video Friday of a brazen, daylight package theft from a local home in the hopes of identifying a suspect caught on surveillance video.
Investigators said the incident took place on Wednesday at a home on Bluebell Dr. around noon.
The female suspect, who appears to be in her 20's, was a passenger in a red compact car that stopped in front of the residence. The suspect got out of the car, went directly to the front porch and stole a package from the porch.
Video of the theft was captured on the home's video camera.
The suspect then returned to the red car and the car drove off.
