2 Men, 2 Boys Arrested In Deadly Antioch Shooting

ANTIOCH (CBS SF) – Four people have been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old Richmond resident in Antioch on Wednesday, police said Thursday.

The victim, identified Thursday by police as Joseph Spencer, was found when Antioch police officers responded at about 10:35 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a shooting in the area of Crater Peak Way and Black Diamond Drive, located off of Lone Tree Way.

Spencer was pronounced dead at the scene.

By the end of the day Wednesday, police had made four arrests in the case—two men and two boys.

The suspects' names and any other information about the case are not yet being released as detectives continue to follow up with additional witnesses, police said.
