VALLEJO (CBS SF) — A 53-year-old Dixon man was killed as he was driving his motorcycle between vehicles in two lanes of traffic on westbound Interstate Highway 80 in Vallejo Thursday morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.

The Dixon man riding a black Harley-Davidson FLHX between a Nissan Titan driven by a Fairfield woman in the westbound far left lane and a Freightliner commercial truck pulling a flatbed trailer driven by a Sacramento man in the No. 2 lane around 6:25 a.m., CHP Officer David Harvey said.

The motorcycle collided with the Nissan, ejecting the Dixon man who then was struck by the Freightliner, Harvey said.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released because his next of kin had not been contacted as of noon Thursday, according to the Solano County coroner’s office.

Thank you Lord for removing one more of these motorfu&^s off of our roads. Please give us more treats like this one in the future. The truck driver should be given an award for making the commute for the rest of us much better.

You and your comment prove you are a despicable waste of DNA. By all reports this father of 7 and police officer was beloved by all the students at the school he was a part of. He actually gave back to society and worked to improve it, unlike trolls like you who cheer for the death of others.

Just because someone is “loved” by others do not mean they are not a nuisance while riding a motorcycle. Not sure how the two are related, but I am sure in your delusional mind they are. Plus, just because someone reproduces a lot does not mean anything other than they are able to reproduce a lot. There is no reason why ANYONE needs to have so many children unless you are living in the desert in Africa and need the extra labor.
I am so tired of hearing from idiots such as yourself who contribute nothing to society.

Motorcyclists are some of the worst drivers on the roads these days. Not sure if the Orientalls with their nearly shut eyes are worse or motorcyclists, but regardless it is a joy when I read about another motorcyclist becoming street goo.
