2 Hurt In 3-Alarm Apartment Fire In Concord

CONCORD (CBS SF) -- Two people were injured in a three-alarm residential structure fire at an apartment complex in Concord tonight, firefighters said.

The fire was reported in the vicinity of Clayton and Deckinger roads around 9:30 p.m. according to Fire Marshal Robert Marshall.

Two people suffered injuries, but they were both treated and released at the scene. Three floors of the apartment complex were involved in the fire, Marshall said.

The incident was under control at 10:26 p.m., and investigators on the scene are looking into how it started. Further details were not immediately available.
