LOS GATOS (98.7AMP RADIO) – As the fate of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) was left up in the air at the end of Stranger Things, many wondered if the fan-favorite character would return for season 2.

Well, worry not fellow Eggo-lovers, because El will definitely going to appear in upcoming episodes.

In a recent (upside-down) photo posted on the official Stranger Things Facebook page, Millie Bobby Brown can be seen sitting at a table read with her fellow co-stars.

"Back in production," the caption reads. "See you next year #strangerthings."

As far as future storylines go, the Duffer brothers teased in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that fans can expect a darker tone in season 2.

"We hint at where we might go at the end of the season," Matt Duffer explained. "Will (Noah Schnapp) was living in this Upside Down, this other dimension, for about a week, so the repercussions of that can't be good. [The] inter-dimensional rift is still very much open, so that also can't be good."

Stranger Things returns to Netflix in 2017.
