Californians Pass Prop 52 To Extend Hospital Fees To Fund Medi-Cal Services

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Voters in California approved Proposition 52 to extend Medi-Cal hospital fees beyond January 1, 2018.

It requires a two-thirds majority vote to end the program.

Early returns showed 70 percent, or 3.5 million voters supported the measure
