Police Seek Suspects Connected To Salinas Mall Thefts
SALINAS (CBS SF) -- Police in Salinas are asking for the public's help to locate two wanted people.
Police have identified Joseph Maxwell, 40, as being connected to two recent thefts at Northridge Mall, located at 796 Northridge Mall, according to police.
Maxwell has warrants for his arrest, police said.
Police believe he may be with Taren Rogers, 30, who also has a warrant for her arrest, according to police.
