I heard that the reason they call it the GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE is because at sunset, the bridge with the sun shining against the orange paint looks "golden". Is this true? Has anyone ever watched the sun set on the bridge?
It’s a question I’ve always wanted to get an answer to and with the 75th anniversary approaching, I thought it ws perfect timing
