Ryan Takeo joined KPIX 5 in June of 2013 as a General Assignment Reporter and a Multi-Media Journalist (MMJ). Ryan comes from WOOD-TV in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he has been a reporter/MMJ for the past three years.

He was also an anchor/producer/reporter during the four years of his undergraduate work.

He is a Los Angeles native and holds a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Missouri.
