(CBS NEWS) - Singer Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife, Tish, are divorcing after 19 years of marriage.

"This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," a rep for the pair told ET Thursday when news of Tish's divorce filing became public.

Josh Brolin & Diane Lane

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are calling it quits after eight years of marriage. "Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage," their reps revealed on Thursday, February 21st, 2013.

No reason was given for the split, but a source told Us Weekly, "It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It's not ugly, it's just over."

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore

Actress Demi Moore announced on Nov. 7, 2011, that she is ending her six-year marriage to "Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher. The 49-year-old actress put weeks of rumors to rest with her announcement. Moore and Kutcher began dating in 2003 and married in 2005. She has three daughters from her previous marriage to actor Bruce Willis.

(CBS NEWS) - Actor Jack Wagner and actress Heather Locklear have called it quits. The former "Melrose Place" stars got engaged in August, but a rep says they have broken things off. No reason was given for the split. Locklear and Wagner starred as Amanda Woodward and Dr. Peter Burns on the '90s primetime series "Melrose Place." They linked up years later, sparking a romance in 2007.

Zooey Deschanel and Ben Gibbard

(CNN) - Zooey Deschanel has decided to end her marriage ... two months after separating from her rock star husband Ben Gibbard ... TMZ has learned.

The "New Girl" star filed the divorce docs in L.A. County Superior Court on December 27 -- blaming the split on "irreconcilable differences."

She also lists the official date of separation as October 31 ... Halloween.

(TMZ) - k.d. lang is done with longtime girlfriend Jamie Price -- k.d. has filed legal docs to dissolve their domestic partnership.

According to the docs, the couple registered for a domestic partnership in 2009 -- and separated 1 year and 9 months later ... in August 2011.

The pair hooked up in 2003 after meeting through a Buddhist teacher.

FYI ... a domestic partnership creates community property rights in a relationship, along with spousal support. It also allows each party to make health care decisions for the other. And for same-sex criminals, it gives the non-offending partner jail visits.

Mena Suvari and Simone Sestito

(TMZ) The 32-year-old "American Beauty" actress has filed court papers to end her marriage to 25-year-old concert promoter Simone Sestito.

The two were married back in 2010 at a private church in Vatican City.

According to the divorce papers, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by Mena's attorney Mark Gross, Mena is blaming the split on "irreconcilable differences."

Kenny G and Lyndie Benson-Gorelick

(CBS NEWS) - Kenny G and his wife are parting ways after 20 years of marriage. Balynda "Lyndie" Benson-Gorelick filed for legal separation from the musician in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Jan. 9, 2012, citing "irreconcilable differences," People magazine reported on Jan. 20. Benson-Gorelick is reportedly requesting full physical custody of the couple's only minor child, a 14-year-old son named Noah. They also have another son.

(CBS NEWS) - Model/"Project Runway" host Heidi Klum and singer Seal are separating, the couple announced to People magazine on Jan. 22, 2012: "While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate.

"We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.

"We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

Klum and Seal married in 2005 and are parents to Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes

(CBS News) Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are calling it quits after five years of marriage, reports People.

Cruise's rep told People that Holmes filed for divorce, adding, "Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy."

"Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest," Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe told People.

TMZ reports that Holmes cited irreconcilable differences in divorce papers, filed Thursday, and she's asking for sole legal custody and "primary residential custody" of the couple's 6-year-old daughter, Suri.

Holmes didn't accompany Cruise to the recent "Rock of Ages" red carpet premieres. But they did step out together as recently as February at an Oscar party.

Cruise, 49, married Holmes, 33, in Italy in November 2006.

Vera Wang and Arthur Becker

(CBS/AP) NEW YORK - Fashion designer Vera Wang, who launched her label with wedding gowns, and her husband, Arthur Becker, are separating.

A statement from company President Mario Grauso to Women's Wear Daily earlier this week said Wang and Becker "mutually and amicably agreed to separate."
