San Francisco D.A. Concludes, 4 Officers Involved In Alex Nieto’s Shooting Death Will Not Face Charges
San Francisco’s District Attorney George Gascon announced on Friday that that an investigation has concluded that four police officers involved in last year’s shooting death of Alex Nieto were lawful and they will not face charges.
The San Francisco medical examiner’s office released a full autopsy report Friday for 28-year-old Alejandro “Alex” Nieto that confirmed he was struck by at least ten bullets when he was fatally shot by police at Bernal Heights Park in March.
