Six ‘Quakes Players Named To 2013 MLS All-Star Ballot

Major League Soccer unveiled the ballots and launched fan voting for the 2013 MLS All-Star Game on Monday. The six players up for selection from the San Jose Earthquakes are Chris Wondolowski, Victor Bernardez, Justin Morrow, Sam Cronin, Adam Jahn and Jon Busch.

Matt Cain Named Starter For MLB All-Star Game Insider Jon Heyman reports that San Francisco’s Matt Cain has been chosen by manager Tony La Russa as the All-Star starter for the National League. La Russa’s decision comes despite widespread popular support for R.A. Dickey of the Mets to earn the starting nod.
