Two gunmen were killed Sunday after opening fire on a security officer outside a provocative contest for cartoon depictions of Prophet Muhammad in Texas, and a bomb squad was called in to destroy their vehicle as a precaution, authorities said.

Muni Not Taking Down Controversial ‘Jihad’ Ads On SF Buses

San Francisco’s Municipal Railway said it won’t be removing controversial ads from Muni buses because of the potential costs of removing them, but will instead give the ad’s revenue to the Human Rights Commission.
