Car Occupants Survive Daly City Cliff Plunge; 1 Hurt

All lanes reopened on Skyline Boulevard in Daly City Tuesday morning after rescue crews worked to save the occupant of a vehicle that drove 300-feet over a cliff, according to the California Highway Patrol.
