Crews Mop Up Fuel Spill From Overturned Big-Rig On Hwy 9 Near Castle Rock State Park

A tow truck crew has removed a big-rig that overturned and caused a small diesel spill near Castle Rock State Park east of Saratoga Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
