Fugitive and alleged serial car thief Dimitri Storm pleaded not guilty to nine charges in Oakland Monday in connection with attempted auto burglaries in Berkeley last week.
Dimitri Storm is alleged to have been involved in as many as 10 vehicle thefts an 40 vehicle burglaries across the Bay Area since late March.
