49ers Make Trades Involving Smith, Boldin Official

The San Francisco 49ers made their trade of quarterback Alex Smith to the Kansas City Chiefs official on Tuesday, nearly two weeks after the two sides agreed to it. Officials also confirmed Monday’s reported deal to add receiver Anquan Boldin from the Baltimore Ravens.
