A homeless man who fell asleep in a dumpster had to be rescued from being crushed after waking up inside a Recology cardboard recycling truck Tuesday morning.
San Francisco fire officials say there has been a rash of dumpsters set on fire by one or more arsonists over the last few weeks, most of which have occurred in the South of Market area.
