A man who was electrocuted while allegedly trying to strip copper wiring from an abandoned warehouse in West Oakland last Wednesday night has been identified as 40-year-old Aaron Madacsi.
A man was killed by electrocution in West Oakland Wednesday night after apparently attempting to steal copper wiring, police said.
Multiple bullets appear to have been fired at a single power line, severing the electrified cable, and causing it to drop onto two Oakland men, killing one, and causing critical injuries to another.
