San Diego County Clerk Seeks End To Gay Marriages

In a petition filed Friday, clerk Ernest Dronenburg Jr. argued that same-sex marriages remain illegal in California despite a U.S. Supreme Court’s decision widely regarded as authorizing gay weddings.
