More than 100 people came out to speak on a federal proposal to restrict parts of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area where dogs can go without a leash.
A man whose body washed up in the waters near San Francisco’s Fort Mason last week has been identified as 64-year-old Mehdi Almopahari, according to the medical examiner’s office.
A body was discovered at Fort Mason in San Francisco Tuesday afternoon, a National Park Service official said.
