Foregoing the pink hats and cleats often associated with Major League Baseball breast cancer awareness games, the Pacifics will be playing ball on Friday June 27th in specially-designed dresses. The pink gowns are specially designed after the outfits worn by the women of the All American Girls Professional Baseball League, which was the focus of a popular 1992 film starring Gina Davis and Tom Hanks.
