A portion of Tioga Road in Yosemite National Park is being closed for the Labor Day weekend as firefighters look to stop the spread of the Rim Fire.
Some boulders fell shortly around 11:30 p.m. Sunday onto Big Oak Flat Road, the continuation of Highway 120 into Yosemite Valley. It’s the main route into the park from the San Francisco Bay area.
