A two-year-old girl was struck and killed by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision in San Francisco Friday night.
A Rohnert Park man suspected of the hit-and-run death of a Santa Rosa man Saturday turned himself in to the California Highway Patrol Monday afternoon, a CHP officer said.
The CHP is looking for John Mesker of Rohnert Park, the owner of the vehicle officers say was involved in the crash.
