Daily Madden: Jahvid Best Honored For His Battle With Concussions

Former Cal star and Detroit Lions running back Jahvid Best was honored Tuesday with the NFL’s Ed Block Courage award for his “steadfast dedication and determination” in trying to return to the field after suffering two more concussions last season. Best hasn’t played since game six last year, and is sidelined through this season.
