The victims of the Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crash were remembered with a memorial service Wednesday.
A memorial service was held Friday at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco for the five women who died in last week’s limousine fire on the San Mateo Bridge.
The joint public memorial for Detective Sgt. Loran “Butch” Baker and Detective Elizabeth Butler will take place at 11 a.m. at the Kaiser Permanente Arena, Chief Kevin Vogel said.

The funeral for Whitney Houston was held Saturday at the New Jersey church she attended as a child.
