Blogger Pleads No Contest For Bathroom Pics Of SF Supervisor Wiener

A blogger who snapped a photo of San Francisco Supervisor Scott Wiener in a City Hall bathroom last October pleaded no contest Thursday to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge and was sentenced to three years’ probation.

San Francisco District Attorney George Gascon Tuesday chided a local blogger who was set to be arraigned on disorderly conduct charges Wednesday after allegedly taking a photo of Supervisor Scott Wiener in a City Hall bathroom in October.
