San Francisco Court To Offer Live Audio Streaming Of All Proceedings

Merging technology and the judicial system, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals began offering video streaming of certain proceedings.

SF Braces For Possible Supreme Court Decision On Prop. 8 Hearing

The Supreme Court is expected to announce on Monday whether it will consider Proposition 8’s constitutionality, but they could also postpone the decision to a later date, or deny the appeal altogether.

Same Sex Marriage Supporters Cheer Choice Of Prop. 8 Appeal Judges
