A reputed street gang member convicted of stabbing San Francisco 49ers player Aldon Smith smiled at his attorneys Monday as a judge in Santa Clara County Superior Court sentenced him to three years of parole.
One of the suspects, Sergio Quiroz, 21, has already been arrested. The sheriff’s office has also obtained arrest warrants for three teens: 17-year-old Flavio Caballero, 16-year-old Duane Morgan, and 16-year-old Oscar Aguilar. All four suspects are Santa Rosa residents.
