Chip Kelly’s announcement that he’s leaving Oregon for the Philadelphia Eagles is another sign of big changes in NFL offenses. But John Madden said it’s too early to say the read-option executed by 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and others will fundamentally alter the NFL.
