Truckers Protest Emission Standards, Block Traffic At Port Of Oakland

Oakland police said they cited at least half a dozen people at a noisy protest Wednesday morning at the Port of Oakland by truck drivers who are pushing for better pay and help in complying with new air emissions standards.

Truckers Walk Off Jobs At Port Of Oakland Over Pay, Working Conditions

Hundreds of truckers at the Port of Oakland walked off the job Monday over issues with what they have called unfair conditions.
