Man Fatally Shot By Sunnyvale Police Accused Of Robbery, 2nd Suspect Wanted In Homicide

A man who was shot and killed by Sunnyvale public safety officers on Saturday afternoon was identified Monday as 23-year-old San Diego resident Allen Matthew Baker III, according to the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
